The Present
We have so far implemented the following working practices:
- Electricity is obtained from suppliers implementing renewable power generation
- All new stationery, envelopes and packaging materials are 100% recycled and where possible, bleach-free and FSC certified
- A UK based paper mill has been chosen to supply the majority of the print shop paper requirements - it is ISO 9001/2000 and ISO 14001 accredited. Domestic production equates to lower carbon miles. Due to the nature of the product, we are limited in options open to us on this particular front.
- We have sourced some FSC frames, but designs and availability is limited. We need more options.
- We have found an FSC source of Box Canvas moulding for "Canvas Wrap" style presentation.
Additionally we make donations with respect to power usage, transportation miles and other publications including web development.
