The copyright in all of the material on this web site (the material) belongs to the individual copyright owner.
Web site: All graphics with the exception of the link graphics on the links page, and those graphic representations of artists work belong to two42.com.
The Gallery: Each artist maintains the copyright of their own works, but has granted two42 license to use and sell works on their behalf.
Terms of Use:
- The copyright owner will not be responsible for damage (including damage caused by viruses) to your computer or software or any losses suffered by you as a result of accessing the material.
- You will not, without the copyright owner's prior written agreement:
- reproduce or redistribute any of the material;
- or alter any of the material;
- or alter or remove the copyright owner's copyright notices on the material.
Privacy
In plain english:
- Firstly, we'll never sell or share your information with anyone else (unless legally required to do so).
- We do not collect your financial information, this is handled directly by Paypal
- Information we do collect
- Information that you provide to us for the purpose of subscribing to our web site services, email notifications and/or newsletters.
- Information about your visits to and use of this web site (including geographical location, browser type, referral source, length of visit, page views;) this is collected by our hosting provider and we use this to asses the performance of our web site.
- Any other information you choose to send to us when you contact us.

Dimensions
Where stated, all dimensions are approximate.
Open Editions (OD)
Open edition prints are so called as there is no limit places on the number of images (copies) that are created. They do not carry the artist signature, but they may be initialed e.g. "SRB"
Limited Edition (LE) Signed Prints - What does this mean?
Only Limited Edition Signed prints carry the artists hand written signature in pencil such as "Stephen R Butler" and edition number e.g. "42/99". (Prints which include the artists typed name are not considered to be limited editions)
Unless otherwise stated, each edition consists of 99 prints. There may be a number of work prints produced (these are for checking quality etc) and in general these will be destroyed. Some may be kept for use in my personal portfolio but will not be signed or numbered; in this case no more than 3 work prints will be kept and they will never be sold. Additionally, images may be used for editorial purposes (Magazines, papers, internet, etc) as a means of promoting the work.
Prices
Prices quoted include VAT but are exclusive of post & packaging.
Post & Packaging (UK only)
Pictures, due to their very nature require good protection to travel through any mail system and the charges shown here reflect this requirement. Charges are based on the value of the order:

Prices reflect the actual cost from Royal Mail, plus the cost of Envelopes, Postal tubes and other packaging. We do not try to make extra profit out of postal charges, neither can we absorb them.
"Buy now" items are single sale items including their own delivery charges and are not sold through the regular shopping basket.
Currency
two42 accepts payments in pounds sterling (GBP) only.
Payments
All payments are accepted through the secure PayPal payments system; this allows you to pay from your own paypal account or by Credit/Debit Card (You are not required by two42 or paypal to create a paypal account if you do not wish to in order to complete a transaction)
Delivery (UK Only)
Please allow 14 days for delivery; many items are hand produced to order. You will receive an email when the item has been dispatched. If we believe delivery may take a little longer, we will advise by email as soon as possible. If this impacts your requirements, please let us know when placing your order, or contact us first for an estimate.
Non UK residents
If you live outside of the UK, then please contact us first with your requirements and location and we will respond ASAP and let you know if we are able to fulfil your requirements.
Refund Policy (UK only)
We hope that you will be delighted with the products you receive from two42. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your order, it can be returned for a full refund (excluding Post and Packaging costs) within seven days; provided the following conditions are met:

Please contact two42 at returns@two42.com prior to dispatching the items to obtain an authorisation note. Please advise what the issue is so that we may resolve the situation as speedily as possible.

Please ensure that the goods are packed in their original packaging or equivalent so that the goods are received in resalable condition; if you are unsure about a print, please keep it in its original clear fronted wrappings until you have decided to keep the item.

You are responsible for all return post and packaging costs; for your own security and peace of mind, please use a recorded delivery service and ensure that you obtain sufficient insurance for the items you are sending.

We are unable to accept the return of items after seven days.
